Job Description As a Customer Advisor your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional support to customers via phone email or chat.
- Handling inquiries and resolving issues for a wide range of projects in tech retail industry hightech travel banking and insurance sectors.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Valid work permit for Greece
