Job Description
Join our team as the Sports & Recreation Supervisor at Villa Haven! We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee daily operations of the recreation department ensuring high service standards and facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily recreation operations and team schedules.
- Maintain clean wellequipped facilities including badminton and tennis courts.
- Plan and execute a variety of recreational activities and special events tailored to guest interests.
- Drive revenue by promoting and upselling offerings to guests.
- Train and mentor team members in customer service and recreation operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance our resort offerings and provide regular performance updates.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or a degree in Hospitality Sports Management or a related field is preferred.
- Certification or professional training in padel tennis coaching is highly desirable.
- At least 2 years of experience in recreation or hospitality with expertise in padel tennis instruction.
- Strong leadership organizational and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest engagement and sports.
- Knowledge of recreational activities facility management and revenuegeneration techniques.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
