Job Description
Duties:
- Manage projects related to laboratory testing method validation and equipment qualification to ensure the timely release of materials and products.
- Coordinate projects aimed at improving laboratory efficiency and implementing new analytical technologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for quality testing and data integrity.
- Prepare validation documentation and work with vendor to execute validation activities.
- Work with Global QC project team on project timelines and lessons learned from other sites to ensure efficient project implementation.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets.
- Identify and mitigating risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Science with a minimum of 3 years of experience in QC project management in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microbiology related field
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a crossfunctional global environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet etc.).
- WILLING TO WORK IN USEAST COAST
