Job Description:
We are seeking an Intranet Specialist to support the development of a DEQ intranet solution. The role involves gathering business requirements and implementing solutions using SharePoint and Drupal technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements effectively.
- Create detailed Business Requirements and Functional Design documentation.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance business solutions.
- Develop process flow diagrams to visualize workflows.
- Lead enduser training sessions and provide support.
Required Skills:
- 5 years in gathering/documenting business requirements.
- 5 years of experience with SharePoint and website maintenance.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
