Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel and Node.js to join our growing team. If you re passionate about backend and frontend development and thrive in a collaborative environment this role is perfect for you.
What You ll Do:
- Develop & Maintain Applications: Build dynamic web applications using Laravel and Node.js.
- API Integration: Design and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between systems.
- Database Management: Work with MySQL MongoDB or similar databases for data structuring and optimization.
- FrontEnd Development: Develop userfriendly interfaces using frameworks like React Vue.js or Angular.
- Troubleshoot & Debug: Identify and resolve performance issues ensuring efficient and secure applications.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers project managers and other developers to deliver topquality solutions.
- Code Review: Maintain clean modular and welldocumented code.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years of fullstack development experience with Laravel and Node.js.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript PHP HTML CSS and database technologies (MySQL MongoDB).
- FrontEnd Expertise: Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks like React Vue.js or Angular.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git for collaboration and version tracking.
- ProblemSolving: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach.
- Communication Skills: Ability to work collaboratively and clearly articulate technical solutions.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with Docker Kubernetes or cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design for web and mobile applications Strong proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD Ideally knows how to use a project management tools (Trello, Clickup, etc.) Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines Experience with animation and motion design Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
