You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking for a commercialdriven Country Sales Lead to join our team to overlook our business in Vietnam. As Country Sales Lead you are responsible for leading the business operations in the country and drive topline and bottomline performance. You need to be an empowering leader with interpersonal skills a future and result oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively among all level within and outside of the company.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Develop and implement country strategy across different business units and ensure consistent implementation of country strategy across all business functions in the country.
Prepare yearly business plan for country and ensure deployment and ensure that agreed sales targets are achieved or exceeded within the agreed budget and business framework.
Manage P&L and drive turnover and profitability in the country.
Expand the market position of Bosch Building Technology in the country and monitor market activities and trends via sales team and review monthly sales forecasting.
Manage relationship with customers top executives by undertaking periodic customer visits and building personal contacts with key users.
Lead and develop the team in the country.
Qualifications :
8 years of senior leadership experience including management of sales teams and countrylevel business operations within a multinational organization.
Masters or Bachelors Degree in Business Management Sales and Marketing
Sound knowledge of the Vietnam market ideally in the in the building technology industry.
Proven record in sales/ marketing/ business development of Communications and Sound Solutions is preferred
Strong Entrepreneurial mindset with high future and result orientation strategic thinking and ability to work selfdirected.
Great leadership skills selfmotivated and passionate to lead in a multicultural environment. You must be entrepreneurial with commercial mindset and ability to work selfdirected.
Strong interpersonal negotiation and communication skills and be passionate on your role.
