ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training and Continuous Improvement Program Development: Design implement and maintain programs for employees at all levels.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of training needs across departments through surveys interviews and performance evaluations. Collaborate with department managers to identify skill gaps and ensure that training initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions both inperson and virtually. Leverage a variety of instructional methods including workshops elearning modules oneonone coaching and Community of Practice.
- Learning Materials: Develop and update training materials presentations and resources that support different learning styles and business needs.
- Knowledge Management: Create improve and sustain a system to capture individual knowledge and convert organizational knowledge.
- Employee Programs: Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enable and measure application of learning including creating promotional materials.
- Performance Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of employee programs through participant feedback assessments and performance metrics. Use data to continuously improve and refine training approaches.
- Leadership Development: Create and manage leadership development programs to ensure a pipeline of skilled leaders for the organizations future growth.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees and managers to reinforce training initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with managers and Subject Matter Experts and senior leadership to align training programs with organizational goals and ensure that training initiatives are prioritized appropriately.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the training budget ensuring costeffective use of resources while maintaining highquality training experiences.
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in training employee development and learning technologies.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in engineering. A masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training learning or organizational development in manufacturing setup
- Coaching / Mentoring experience
- Skilled in MS Office particularly powerpoint and excel
PREFERRED:
- Coaching certification
- Lean/Six Sigma certification
- Skilled in JMP / Minitab
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Proficiency in ChatGPT canva and apps like Powtoon Mentimeter etc.
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and elearning software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
