Job Description: GenAI Engineer
Work Location : Zurich Switzerland
Detailed Job Description :
- At least 7 years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years in GenAI based solution design and implementation.
- Proficiency in developing and finetuning Gen AI models including prompt engineering model finetuning and deployment.
- Ability to create and maintain prompt flow pipelines streamline AI model performance and enhance interaction with LLMbased systems.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Proven experience working on the MS Azure cloud platform and its native tech stack in designing and building data & AI solutions.
- Experience in building cloud data pipelines using Azure native programming techniques such as PySpark or Scala and Databricks for sourcing enriching and maintaining structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting.
- Experience working in an agile environment leveraging DevOps and testdriven development techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
