Job Description
- Supervision of production workers and production process
- Monitors the performance of the production area and production workers
- Maintains cleanliness and order on the production floor
- Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision training & development and health safety & welfare of your team.
- Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customers
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Biology Industrial Engineering Chemical Engineering Food Technology or equivalent
- Open with Fresh Graduates
- Received training in ISO 9001 GMP 5S SOP and HACCP System
- Preferably with formal training in Baking Science and Technology
- Knowledgeable of different steps of the baking process
- Applicants with experience related to the semiconductor or electronic industry are encouraged to apply
- Must be willing to work in Lapulapu City Cebu
