Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project management is needed to characterize processes to produce products.
- Lead the discussion and decision on new technology introduction with the HDD team.
- Responsible for managing and driving failure analysis and characterization experiments and providing recommendations based on data analysis results.
- Electrical performance data analysis.
- Component data qualification.
- Process Data and Failure Analysis
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- A Bachelors Degree or Higher in Electronics Engineering or Physical Sciences Physics or related field.
- At least 57 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the Electronics Industry.
- Having experience in Slider Fab Process or Hard Drive Technology would be an advantage.
PREFERRED:
- Process Development background Project management
- Data analytics by Jmp
- SQL Python or Power IB will be an advantage
SKILLS:
- Able to work independently and standalone strong leadership and good team player
- Passion and innovative
- Demonstrate a hightofluent level of English proficiency (spoken/reading/written).
- Proficient in highlevel communication and presentation
- Problemsolving and negotiation skills.
