Review programs for quality of care accuracy appropriate utilization of services and compliance with reimbursement criteria.
Supervise direct reports and manage the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching feedback and development to motivate engage and drive a highperforming team.
Monitor the operations of a unit and provide input to the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
Make decisions for direct reports and perform people management activities such as performance evaluations disciplinary actions staff planning and interviews.
Participate in the development implementation and management of a budget ensuring cost control and expenses are in alignment with the budget.
Compile and analyze clinical outcomes data and implement improvement plans to ensure highquality patient care in accordance with established standards and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and internal policies including federal state payer and CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program).
Investigate evaluate and resolve concerns of those we are privileged to serve and report to the next level of management.
Monitor patient satisfaction data and identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience.
Provide oversight of all patient care services including coordinating patient care coordinating referrals ensuring patient needs are continually assessed and ensuring the development implementation and updates of the individualized plan of care.
