Job Description
Primary Function of Position
This position is responsible for data collection analysis development and coordination of all assigned tasks activities and projects relating to inventory control. This role will be to support Manufacturing Planning and Operations while reviewing material accuracies. Communication and collaboration with Compliance Quality Control Production Distribution Material Operations Finance among others.
Essential Job Duties (Specific responsibilities and tasks an individual would be expected to perform in the role. Additional job duties may be determined by functional people manager)
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventories and reconciliation activities in coordination with cycle counters.
- Collect data and provide detailed root cause analysis update KPIs and metrics and escalate to management if needed.
- Resolve WO discrepancies create and maintain KanBan control cycle
- Responsible for the inventory integrity of all Warehouse and WIP locations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for inventory control processes and implement processes accordingly.
- Develop communication relationships with Materials Production Planning Engineering Purchasing Shipping Finance Receiving and IQC
- Support special projects requiring immediate data extraction manipulation and reporting.
- Assist with any internal or external audits.
- Ensure the use of personal protective equipment.
- Adhere to all manufacturing policies guidelines and procedures. Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices. Ensure daily discipline and good practices within the work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Experience (Specific skills knowledge and experience that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)
- English spoken 50%.
- Minimum 1 year prior warehouse experience and/or exhibits knowledge of inventory control activities (cycle counts physical inventory root cause analysis replenishment processes etc.).
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Intermediate computer experience (including MS Office products and ERP systems).
Required Education and Training (As applicable Specific education and training that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)
- Bachelor degree
Preferred Skills and Experience (As applicable Specific skills knowledge and experience that are not required to perform the job but are desirable to have)
- Knowledge of GMPs and previous work experience in a medical manufacturing environment.
- SAP and Agile.
