Sales Assistant Back office
- assisting in sales operations managing customer inquiries preparing sales documentation
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions
- Back office sales coordination
- Customer Enquiry handling costing and estimation
- Weekly reports generation
- Mail correspondence
- Sales order processing
- Exposure to CRM/ERP (preferably in Zoho)
- Techno Commercial Offer Preparation
- Customer Account Managements
- Support the sales team by handling daytoday administrative tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on product availability pricing and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and update customer information in CRM.
- Coordinate with the inventory and purchase teams
- Track order status and communicate updates to customers.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations as needed

- 25 years with relevant industry experience (Preferred)
- Experience in handling OEM / Manufacturing Customers
- Any Bachelor s degree
- Well versed in Microsoft office/GSuite
- ERP Knowledge (Zoho / Tally)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
