Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Backend & Native Client Android Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing both mobilespecific backend services and mobile client applications in Android. You will work closely with backend engineers mobile developers and fullstack engineers to deliver the nextgeneration ServiceNow mobile app. Our senior engineers are known for their deep technical expertise and exceptional coding skills producing highquality software.

Responsibilities 

• Design and develop mobilespecific backend services and mobile client applications in Android. 

• Follow an agile scrum process to iteratively design and build highquality software. 

• Build simple and intuitive software to enable customers to extend and customize functionality to meet their unique needs. 

• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite. 

• Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team. 

• Take full lifecycle responsibility for software development from requirements gathering and design to implementation testing and automation. 

• Collaborate with other ServiceNow teams to integrate platform capabilities such as security authentication session management and thirdparty integrations into the mobile architecture.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
• We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria  
• 9 years of relevant experience withtechnologies andadvanced coding skills
• Team Leadership Experience
  • Proven track record of managing a team of at least 5 developers for a minimum of four years.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful projects fostering collaboration and driving results.
• Educational Background
  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree from a reputable university with a history of strong academic performance.
• Backend Development Expertise
  • At least four years of handson experience in backend development showcasing deep technical knowledge.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively foster teamwork and inspire team members to excel.
• Stable Career History
  • A consistent career trajectory reflecting stability and commitment with minimal jobhopping.
• Industry Experience
  • Preference for candidates with leadership experience in toptier companies within the tech industry.
• English Proficiency
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Additional Advantages
  • Experience in mobileoriented technologies including Android iOS or backend systems will be considered a strong advantage.
