We are looking for a detailoriented International Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join our global payroll team at SIXT. In this role you support smooth payroll operations across multiple countries help resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance with international regulations. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You support payroll processing by collecting verifying and maintaining accurate payroll data
- You assist in preparing payroll reports and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and providers
- You serve as a point of contact for payrollrelated inquiries ensuring timely issue resolution
- You help ensure compliance with local labor laws and assist with audits and documentation
- You contribute to process improvements and support payroll system updates
- You assist with onboarding by ensuring payroll setup is accurate and complete
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience: 24 years in payroll support or administration preferably in a global environment
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of international payroll practices tax laws and compliance requirements
- Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Tools/Systems: Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g. ADP Workday is a plus)
- Language: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills additional languages are a plus
- Soft Skills: Proactive solutionoriented mindset with a collaborative approach
