What are we looking for
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our operations team as Cluster Assistant General Manager playing a key role in overseeing and managing all hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Rooms & Front Office operations complemented by solid expertise in all other areas of the hotel ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsabilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations ensuring compliance with hygiene safety and brand standards. Specially in Rooms department.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Build strong guest relationships by anticipating needs and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Create a welcoming environment to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Assist with daily hotel operations when necessary.
- Motivate and guide teams to achieve excellence and maintain collaboration.
- Act as a role model promoting professionalism and Accor values.
- Develop and execute commercial action plans alongside the General Manager.
- Ensure highquality service across outlets and actively attract new clients.
- Contribute to budget preparation cost control and financial reporting.
- Manage operational tools and analyze performance for strategic decisions.
- Drive process optimization and adopt sustainable practices.
- Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and safety protocols within the hospitality sector.

- Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in a similar position.

- Strong customer orientation commitment and emotional intelligence.
- Credibility as a point of reference for hotel staff and stakeholders.
- Solid managerial skills to unite the team around shared objectives with a focus on quality and financial goals.
