Job Roles and Requirements:
1. Recruitment & Selection & Separation
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for the Company.
- Effectively coordinate with recruiting agencies for all technical positions
and arrange required interviews with HoD s - Prepare appointment letters confirmation letters employment contracts etc.
of employees - Upkeep of Employee Records Necessary Documents
- Manage and Coordinate all Induction requirements internally or externally Manage Separation Full and Final Settlement in cordial manner and
necessary compliance thereof - Any Other matter in above regards
2. Compliance
- Ensure legal compliances w.r.t PF ESIC PT MLWF Group Medical
Insurance Policy renewals / alterations and Group Accident Insurance Policy
renewals / alterations / alterations / alterations Group Gratuity Factory
License MIDC Electricity Board and other factory related permissions etc. - Meeting ISO required documentation and implementation of norms.
- Any other related compliance
3. Contractual Labor / Security
- Effectively coordinate with Labor or Security supply Contractor
- Enter / renew Labor or Security contract agreement annually
- Upkeep of Employee Records Necessary Documents
- Any other matter
4. Payroll Processing
- Upkeep of Attendance and Leave Record per law
- Monthly Payroll processing in a Confidential Manner
- Appropriate TDS and other necessary Deduction
- Upkeep of necessary declaration and submitted Documents
- Assisting in Annual Audit of Employment
- Reporting Monthly or time to time related to Payroll
- Any other matter
5. Employee Database KRA and Bonus & Increments & Other Matters
- Develop and implement HR policies within the Company. These include both
local policy and those given out by Parent Company - Implement & review KRA process annually.
- Appropriately handle increment related issues
- Actively interact with Departmental heads for various employee related
issues - Must be able to handle workers and their grievances in the best possible
way - Monitor and ensure discipline within the organization
- Maintaining and updating employee database and implementation of best
HR practices - Nurture a positive work environment
- Able to provide quality HR reports to parent organizations as per their need
- Actively coordinate with Insurers and policy beneficiaries. Render support to
employees in need of claim benefits
6. Factory and Office Administration
- Well equipped to handle all general administration of the office & factory
- General upkeep of the company premises and getting work done effectively
- Events Festivals and Special Occasions Event Management and
- Arrangements
- Proper Arrangements of Tea Drinking Water Hygiene cleanliness or other
- necessary arrangement
- Necessary Arrangements for Executive Schedules and Stay
- Manage office supplies and equipment including ordering and restocking
- Produce related reports presentations and briefs.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Support various teams within the organization as needed
