What youll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Childrens Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas and clinical needs.
Every day will be different. And youll never know what challenges youre about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though is that youll be making your clients days brighter whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
The client is a 10 year old child who suffers from multiple complex needs. Your daytoday tasks would involve a variety of clinical tasks to monitor his welfare and stability. Ranging from peg feeding suctioning and catheter care to ventilation support and seizure management.

Qualifications :
What youll need
Previous paediatric care experience inclusive of the aforementioned complex care experience above would be extremely advantageous as well as plenty of care compassion and resilience. We also will provide you with the necessary training from our full nurseled team.
