You provide legal advice on a wide range of issues such as financial regulations corporate law data protection tax law and employment law
You are responsible for drafting and managing all relevant legal documents for Italy
You play a key role in the interactions with Italian institutions
You are responsible for drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients partners and suppliers
You act as the primary liaison with external legal advisors
You support internal operational teams on legal matters especially in relation to complaints handling procedures
Qualifications :
You hold an Italian law degree
You bring several years working experience in Law firms Consulting Fintechs/Startups or Financial Services
You have indepth knowledge of Italian and European financial services regulations
You bring a proven expertise in managing complex legal environments and provide strategic guidance
You are able to work effectively in a fastpaced multicultural environment
You understand the fintech business model and ideally held a similar position in a comparable company
Experience in interacting with financial services regulators is a plus
You bring the ability to work independently excellent attention to details and diligent work ethi
You are fluent in Italian and English
