In this pivotal leadership role you will:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to position the hotels as leaders in the luxury market.
- Oversee the performance of a highperforming sales team providing mentorship coaching and inspiration.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Revenue teams to craft integrated plans that drive measurable success.
- Represent the Morgans Originals brand on national and international sales trips.
- Leverage market insights and global partnerships to maximize commercial opportunities.
- This is your chance to play a critical role in shaping the future of two globally celebrated properties while working alongside a team of passionate hospitality professionals.
Qualifications :
To succeed in this role youll need:
- 4 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role ideally with multiproperty exposure.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Opera Cvent and other RFP platforms is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally and to adapt to a dynamic schedule including evenings and weekends.
