You are responsible for communicating brand strategies and marketing concepts for Bosch Power Tools in Asia Turkey Middle East and Africa Markets through search engine advertising activities driving traffic and conversions and ensuring maximal return on ad spend (ROAS). Key task for this role also includes:
Campaign Development
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competition.
- Derive and plan paid search activities including budgeting and target setting based on the global strategy.
- Implement and optimize SEA marketing activities (Google Search GDN and Pmax) for seasonal and always on campaigns.
- Steer advertising agencies to set up campaigns and track KPIs.
Keyword Research and Selection
- Use tools to identify relevant keywords and phrases that potential customers are searching for.
- Optimize keyword lists based on performance metrics.
- Intensive collaboration/communication with internal stakeholders
Budget Management
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor spending and adjust bids for keywords as necessary.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Generate regular reports highlighting key metrics such as clickthrough rates (CTR) conversion rates and costperclick (CPC).
- Produce reports analyze trends and make datadriven recommendations to Business Units other touchpoints campaign manager and agencies.
- Proactively identify new campaign opportunities.
- Contribute to the success of 360 communication campaigns optimizing the synergies between various touchpoints.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives copy and landing pages.
- Manage negative keyword lists to improve ad relevance.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create highconverting landing pages.
Qualifications :
- 5 years work experience in search engine optimization / marketing.
- Work experience in the field of Online Marketing with solid knowledge of the SEM environment (e.g. campaign setups and conversion tracking).
- Proficient in various tools for keyword research competitive analysis and other search marketing activities.
- Knowledge of GA4.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data identify areas for optimization and make datadriven decisions to improve metrics.
- Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns budgets and timelines effectively.
- Team player with strong communication skills capable to work in crossfunctional teams and in an agile environment.
- Willingness to stay up to date with the latest industry trends algorithm updates and best practices in search engine advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
