Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Join our team as an SAP Key User for the Controlling (CO) module and play a pivotal role in enhancing financial and business planning processes for the Selling Administration (SG&A) department at the Vehicle Motion (VM) division headquarters. You will support the rollout of SAP S/4 Hana with a focus on overhead cost controlling processes (B2P process area).
- SAP CO Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and maintain the SAP CO module focusing on cost centers profit centers and internal orders to support controlling forecast activities (including secondary cost allocations activity types and COPA cycles).
- Expert Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert support to controlling colleagues troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions related to the SAP CO module.
- User Training & Development: Conduct internal training sessions to enhance user proficiency and understanding of SAPrelated processes.
- Process Improvement & Digitalization: Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency in financial planning and analysis. A keen interest in digitalization and automation with proven tools is highly valued.
- S/4 Hana Rollout & Integration: Coordinate the S/4 Hana implementation within your area of responsibility working closely with other SAP modules and IT teams to ensure integration and alignment of financial processes.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Business Informatics or related fields preferably with a specialization in Controlling.
Experience:
- Several years of controlling experience at the business unit and plant level.
- Experience with the SAP CO module (S4Hana is an advantage).
Know How:
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and IBM Planning Analytics.
- Familiarity with digitalization tools such as Power BI Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
Languages:
- Fluent in English.
- German is an advantage.
Working Style and Methods:
- Comfortable working in crosscultural and international team settings within a matrix organization.
Personality:
- Proactive and able to work independently with a clear structure.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to manage complex tasks.
- Assertive and stakeholderoriented communication.
- Eager to learn and grow within a team.
- Open to working in international and virtual team environments.
