Job Description
A renowned brand in the design and production of cooking washing and cooling appliances.
Job Scope:
- Develop sales implement sales plan in coordination with marketing plans
- Manager a team of sales professionals (Sales Managers & Promoters)
- Participate to the elaboration of the marketing plans
- Synergize the promotion of our products and brands
- Manage and develop appointed Dealers/Trade partners
- Manage and implement sales target for appointed Dealers/Trade partners
- Achievement of company budgets
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum a Diploma
- Minimum 59 years sales experience in home appliances
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong track record in sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- High level of commitment and drive
- Organized independent resourceful
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses a Class 3 driving license and owns a vehicle
Salary:
Up to MYR 15000 (Basic)
