Job Description
As the Early Careers Manager youll have the opportunity to shape the strategy and success of our trainee dental nurse programs. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing the recruitment management and development of trainee dental nurses ensuring we foster a diverse and inclusive pipeline of individuals at the beginning of their professional journeys. Your efforts will be at the heart of designing and implementing strategies to identify recruit train retain and support emerging dental talent at PortmanDentex.
This position is available for 32 hours per week either remote or hybrid

Qualifications :
We welcome your application to our Early Careers Manager vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:
Experience in an Early Careers focused role such as Talent Development Talent Acquisition or People Partnering.
Understanding of the recruitment ecosystem including Recruitment Delivery Sourcing & Marketing and the wider teams that contribute to the hiring manager and candidate experience.
Capability to offer advice guidance constructively challenge and recommendations to facilitate process improvement best practices and performance enhancement.
Demonstrated skill in influencing at a management level with a commercial mindset to understand and address the business needs and priorities.
