Parts Advisor
35000 per annum
Middlewich Cheshire

About the Role

As a Parts Advisor youll be at the heart of operations helping customers find the exact parts they need with precision and efficiency. Youll use your indepth product knowledge to ensure all queries are handled smoothly from sourcing parts to managing stock levels and processing orders. Your role will also see you liaising with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction working closely with the workshop and frontline staff to maintain an uninterrupted flow of parts for all services.

As a Parts Advisor youll be joining a company that values your skills and offers a workplace where you can thrive.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday 8:00 am 5:30pm

  • Fridays 8:00 am 2:00 pm

Key Duties

  • Dealing with parts inquiries on the shop counter over the telephone and via email.

  • Picking and packing of vehicle parts for the delivery vans picking parts for the workshop.

  • Driving a delivery van.

  • Receiving and processing incoming goods.

  • Stock checking and stock rotation.

  • Driving company and customer vehicles.

  • Keeping the goods in and out areas clean and tidy.

  • Completing relevant paperwork and other adhoc admin duties.


Key Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • UK Drivers License

  • A positive customerfocused attitude and the ability to work well within a team.

  • Computer literacy and experience with parts ordering systems.
