Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing luxury interior spaces with a focus on kitchens bathrooms and bespoke joinery. Proficiency in SketchUp and VRay is essential for this role as the candidate will be responsible for creating highquality 3D visualizations and technical drawings that bring our designs to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements preferences and budget for highend kitchen bathroom and custom joinery projects.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and layouts that align with the companys luxury brand and aesthetic.
- Create detailed 3D models renderings and presentations using SketchUp and VRay to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Produce technical drawings mood boards and material selections to ensure seamless project execution.
- Work closely with project managers architects and craftsmen to ensure designs are accurately translated into production.
- Stay up to date with industry trends materials and finishes to provide cuttingedge design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during installation and project execution phases.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations building codes and company quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in highend kitchen bathroom and joinery design.
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and VRay (experience with AutoCAD Revit or other design software is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury interior designs and highquality 3D renderings.
- Excellent understanding of materials finishes and manufacturing processes in the kitchen and joinery industry.
- Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for highend design aesthetics.
