Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
Key Duties
Lead the design team providing guidance and mentorship.
Oversee the creation of detailed joinery designs and plans.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
Manage project timelines ensuring timely delivery.
Liaise with production teams to ensure designs are accurately realised.
Conduct quality checks to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in joinery design and project management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and clientfacing skills.
Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
