Joining our Business & Design Transformation stream will give you an understanding of how largescale schemes are delivered how change is managed how operating models are formed and other key issues faced by our clients. 

As well as being part of PAs global Business Transformation community youll also be part of our growing Manchester/Bristolbased team playing an active role in developing our business and connecting with partners and clients in the region. 

When you join as a placement student youll work on big things from day one. Youll gain the knowledge and experience you need to build a successful career in consulting and contribute meaningfully to vital projects.   

No two days are the same. You could be researching our latest project and delivering your findings visiting a client with a consulting team and representing the firm or furthering your development through crucial learning guided and mentored by one of our experts.

During yourmonths as an Industrial Placement student at PA youll learnwhat it takes to be a topnotch consultant. Youll be coached and guided by experts and have countless opportunities to broaden your experience on challenging projects and programmes.  

You will also have the opportunity to get involved on a breadth of internal activities at PA for example developing community and engagement initiatives writing thought leadership or working on business development activities. 

Whatever you work on youll be part of the team and free to build your networks both here at PA and far beyond. 

Qualifications :

What were looking for 

You will be. 

• On track to gain a degree we have no specific prerequisites in terms of degree grade or specialism.Graduating in 2027. 
• Adaptable and able to flex your style and thinkingin different contexts 
• Collaborative and work at your best in dynamic teams 
• Curious and want to broaden your understanding of the world 
• Credible and comfortable working with clients in high performance environments 
• Driven to succeed and help others achieve the same 
• Open to change and have a growth mindset 
• A relationship builder with both clients and peers 
• Hungry for new challenges 
• This role is open to undergraduates with an industrial placement within their course structure. 

The Offer 

• The opportunity to work on meaningful projects with talented people  
• If you are offered a graduate role following your placement with us you will join our 18month Graduate Development Scheme inBusiness Transformation. In this scheme youll have the opportunity to rotate through three of our capability teams gaining diverse skills and experiences that will serve as the foundation for your consulting career. Available rotations could include:AgileDelivery Operating Model Operations and Improvements People and Change Sourcing IT Strategy and Corporate Services. Further details on these rotations in our Bristol or Manchester offices will be confirmed in the months before starting as a Graduate 
• We work flexibly at PA but your work base will be our Bristol Office 
• Full time 
• This role will start between July 2025July 2026 and be for 12 months. We will confirm exact start date at offer stage.
