Job Description
Korzen Health seeks a fulltime Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead the Wound Care Clinic program in the Lancaster SC market area in collaboration with Healogics and Springs MH.
For over 25 years Healogics has been treating patients with chronic wounds from over 600 hospitalbased wound care centers across the country. Currently Healogics treats over 300000 wound care patients annually and has healed nearly 4 million wounds. Healogics is the worlds leading expert in wound healing.
This position is based in our outpatient wound care clinic and is exclusively dedicated to procedural wound care. Our center operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no nights oncall duties or weekend work. All patients are seen by appointment only; walkins are not accepted. The clinic is integrated with Springs MH and the candidate will be employed by Healogics.
This is a procedureoriented environment primarily serving geriatric patients. The successful candidate must possess at least 1 year of procedural background. Experience with minor procedures such as suturing debridement and/or incision and drainage (I&D) is required and procedural case logs will be requested as part of the credentialing process. Other types of nondermatological procedural experience may also be acceptable on a casebycase basis.
Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy training are available. A full clinical team will be in place from the start date.
Scope of Practice Highlights
Full Team support includes Case Manager Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses Office Manager and Front/Back End Support.
We offer advanced woundcare treatments to promote healing including:
Cellulitis therapy
Compression therapy
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
Infection management and prevention
Wound cleaning
Wound dressing
Teams will average approximately 15 to 20 patient encounters per day with a majority receiving wound care and less than 5% receiving Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
Standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM totaling 40 hours per week. There are no night shifts oncall responsibilities or weekend hours.

Experience Requirements
Clean and Active State license
Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner
DEA License
Minimum of 1 year of NP experience is a must
Must have procedure experience simple sutures I&Ds...
Benefits/Compensation
Compensation is a mixture of Solid Base Salary & Quarterly Bonus. BaseBonusRange of $115K$155K/year (fulltime)
