Job Description
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Recommend
- Maintenance of assets
- Site specific standard
- Budget
Input
- Major shutdowns
Decide:
- Shaft/plant projects (within limit of authority)
Execute:
- Legal compliance responsibilities
- Manage shaft/plant rotables
- Carry out 1st 2nd and 3rd line maintenance at shaft/plant
- Shaft/plant projects
- Transport ore and waist
- Transport man and materials
- Construct install and maintain electrical mechanical and mining equipment
This role is at a Band 6 level reporting to the Manager Engineering/Resident Engineer/Section Engineer
Qualifications :
- Engineering related degree BSC Engineering / Diploma
- Government Certificate of competency
Experience
- Five years post Engineering qualification experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Proficiency in English
