Job Description

This role is 12month fixedterm contract suitable for someone seeking an entrylevel opportunity to build a career within HR or Talent Acquisition. 

Responsibilities

  • Organising interviews and updating the interviewer availability calendar
  • Administration of our Applicant Tracking System SmartRecruiters
  • Creating offer letters and preparing employment contracts
  • Preparing Labour Market Testing documentation in support of visa applications
  • Creating job ads and tracking key hiring metrics 
  • Reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
  • Crafting recruitmentrelated posts to be shared on social media platforms
  • Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn
  • Supporting broader HR projects 
  • Supporting with hosting Meetups and Recruitment events

Qualifications :

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields is advantageous 
  • Previous experience performing administrative tasks is advantageous
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic recruitment environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively 
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and create positive candidate experiences
