Youll handle everything from hiring and employee relations to payroll and compliance setting the tone ensuring fairness and guiding everyone in the right direction. This role is all about hiring the right people helping them grow and keeping policies in check (because rules do matter!).

How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Supervise and coordinate recruitment selection and hiring processes
- Design and implement talent retention and development strategies
- Manage payroll employee benefits and compensation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal policies
- Develop training programs and career development plans to support employee growth
- Handle labor relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally
- Administer compensation policies and performance evaluations to align with company goals
- Supervise the Human Resources Team and provide guidance for HR operations
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with employees and stakeholders
What You Must Possess
- Bachelors degree in business administration psychology human resources or a related field
- Three to five years of HR experience preferably in a leadership role
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and social security regulations
- Experience with HR management and payroll software
- Strong leadership negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage a dynamic workforce
