Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing clients via phone chat and email to uncover sales opportunities and provide customized solutions
- Use a consultative sales approach to help clients achieve their sales objectives
- Manage a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth
- Tailor outreach efforts based on each clients unique needs and goals
- Research market trends and industry needs to develop relevant sales strategies
- Provide expert recommendations to help clients maximize their sales potential
- Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with clients to ensure longterm success
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge to offer the best solutions to clients
- Offer preand postsales support to ensure client satisfaction and success
- Track sales performance identify areas for improvement and offer feedback to enhance sales efforts
- Share success stories to inspire confidence in clients and showcase the impact of our solutions
- Utilize sales tools to communicate effectively and drive success
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- At least one year of experience in Sales
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Passionate about marketing technology and online advertising
- Eager to learn and grow within the industry
