We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Tunis Tunisia. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen to promote our products and services to clients in the Tunisian market.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Tunisian market
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
- Provide expert technical advice and support to customers throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for client needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field
- Proven track record in technical sales preferably in the Tunisian market
- Strong technical knowledge of industryspecific products and solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in Arabic and French; English language proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Understanding of the Tunisian business landscape and local industry regulations
- Ability to travel within Tunisia as required
- Sales certifications are a plus
