We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to partner with our engineering Global Business Areas (business domain) focusing on aligning our technology roadmap and strategies to drive growth and operational excellence. What you will do

You will join Technology Architecture in Ramboll Tech. You will be working closely with specific Global Business Areas/business domain. You will partner with Innovation and Digital Transformation Directorswho drive digitalisation innovation and scaling of digital solutions & products across their respective business domain. The Global Business Areas (GBA) within Ramboll that you will focus on are Ramboll Management Consulting (RMC) Environment & Health (E&H) and Water (RWA). 
 Your focus will be on delivering value by shaping technology strategies roadmaps and solutions that directly address the challenges and opportunities of our business functions. Rather than concentrating on governance your role will prioritize divisional needs fostering collaboration to deliver the best technology for the business. 

Where you will make an impact: 

• Optimizing Business Operations:Be a part of shaping how we deliver techenabled consultancy services to enhance how we work in the business and deliver value to our clients. 
• Adding Value and Differentiation:Help the business find added value and ways to differentiate in the market with smart and futureproof technology decisions 
• Innovative Technology Assessment:Analyse and help business leaders understand apply monetize and operationalize existing new and emerging technologies relevant to the assigned business models such as GenAI to overcome hype and meaningfully transform and optimize business and operating models. 
• Technology Roadmaps:Build technology roadmaps based on business goals for RMC E&H and RWA. Develop a lineofsight linkage between missioncritical business outcomes future state business capabilities data value streams business processes projects products and technologies that the organization will need to invest in to ensure competitive advantage and timetomarket 

Key responsibilities: 

• Partner with our Global Business Areas to understand business objectives. Focus on technology and the underlying systems and data drive technology roadmaps to better enable strategies defined by the business. Identify and guide capabilities data people processes and technology requirements to take our business operating models to next level results.  
• Collaborate with business leaders project and product teams to define target state technology architectures that drive value. Codevelop technology roadmaps and initiatives with business stakeholders to enable growth and improve operational effectiveness. 
• Facilitate application portfolio assessments ensuring global solutions meet Global Business Areas specific needs.  
• Provide thought leadership on tech trends and disruptions and their potential application to Global Business Areas priorities 
• Actively engage with technology providers to explore innovative solutions and evaluate their alignment with business goals 
• Support business digital leaders in identifying and addressing technology risks and debt. 
• Coach and mentor other architects product teams and business stakeholders to instil architectural thinking with focus on business data/information and solution architecture. 
• Effectively provide guiding principles standard and minimal viable architectures technology governance model informed by business strategy and corporate governance.  
• You will help shape this role and we value your ideas on how to make it a success.  

Qualifications :

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. 

Experience:  

• 5 years of professional experience in enterprise architecture. Core experience in enterprise architecture layers: business information and applications.   
• Demonstrated success in partnering with business leaders to cocreate technology strategies & roadmaps in global organization 
• Experience working with different delivery models and being part of agile delivery 
• Proven Enterprise Architect track record in large and complex global companies. Experience in Consultancy / Professional Services is preferred. 

Skills: 

• Mastery of all components of enterprise architecture especially Business Applications and Data architecture. Knowledge of enterprise architecture methods and tools to develop business architecture deliverables related graphical models and frameworks  
• Knowledge of business ecosystems SaaS IaaS PaaS SOA APIs open data microservices eventdriven IT and predictive analytics  
• Passion for data and experience in shaping data architecture 
• Awareness and interest in existing new and emerging technologies. Ability to assess the value and risk of technologies against new business designs and business 
• Effective in operating in projectcentric and productcentric model 
• A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed organization  
• The ability to explain complex IT concepts in businessfriendly terms
