We are currently seeking a highly motivated dedicated and professional Bartender to join our welcoming and dynamic team at Oaks Wellington Hotel on a part time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a renowned hotel that prides itself on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately taking and processing guest orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Demonstrating indepth knowledge of our beverage menu memorizing its contents and providing expert recommendations based on guest preferences
- Preparing and serving drinks to guests with attention to detail and a focus on presentation
- Ensuring strict adherence to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards and guidelines
- Offering exceptional customer service consistently going above and beyond to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for each guest

Qualifications :
- A friendly approachable and positive attitude with a natural ability to engage and build rapport with guests
- Proven experience in delivering highquality customer service in a fastpaced environment
- Previous experience in waitstaff bar service or a similar hospitality role with a strong understanding of the demands of the industry
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
- Impeccable personal presentation with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills both verbal and nonverbal
- A reliable and punctual work ethic with the ability to act with a sense of urgency when required to meet guest needs and operational demands
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends public holidays and evening shifts with availability to take on breakfast lunch and dinner duties
- A commitment to being available to work weekends ensuring seamless service for our guests throughout the week
