We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our Government & Defence team. In this role you will be the main point of contact for an important Italian client requiring you to communicate fluently in Italian on a daily basis. Service quality and speed are of paramount importance at B&S and we need your organisational and communication skills to meet these high standards. You maintain an overview so that all orders always arrive at the right time and place. You know where your parcel is even better than DHL itself! In short a real multitasker. In addition you have a lot of enthusiasm and are a real gogetter.
You:
- Have completed a postsecondary vocational collega (MBO 4 degree)
- Have between 13 years of work experience in an administrative position
- Are organisationally strong and accurate in administrative components
- Have excellent communication skills
- Speak fluent Italian and English
