Job Description

As our Senior Global Reward Manager you will play a key role in shaping and executing our global compensation and benefits strategy. By leveraging your analytical expertise and strategic thinking you will design and implement reward initiatives that help us attract retain and inspire top talent across the globe.

In this role you will oversee global reward projects ensuring alignment with our business goals to bring scalable solutions and ensure consistency and fairness. Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries you will enhance salary structures bonuses pensions and nonfinancial benefits. Reporting directly to the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager you will serve as a trusted expert providing insights and recommendations that influence decisionmaking at the highest levels.

As Senior Global Reward Manager you will:

  • Lead global reward projects ensuring successful implementation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to maintain competitive global offerings.
  • Drive the global annual salary review process aligning with business needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with teams (e.g. Business Technology Process Excellence) to optimize HR systems (e.g. Workday) for seamless compensation initiatives.
  • Lead job evaluation and grading ensuring alignment with global frameworks and internal equity.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to shape Rituals global reward strategy.
  • Design calculate and compare reward scenarios to optimize compensation structures.
  • Deliver datadriven insights to guide executive decisions.
  • Partner with HR Finance and other teams for seamless integration of reward solutions.
  • Collaborate with external providers to deliver bestinclass reward solutions.
  • Maintain clear policy documents and guidelines to ensure consistency and transparency.
  • Implement new reward initiatives with clear communication strategies for engagement and adoption.

Qualifications :

You are a forwardthinking datasavvy rewards professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for making an impact. You thrive in dynamic fastpaced environments and excel at building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. You are a trusted advisor who communicates effectively with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams.

8 years of experience in compensation benefits or a related field with a proven track record in global reward management.

Strong analytical project management and Excel skills capable of translating data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Excellent English communication skills for effective work in a multicultural environment.

You handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

Thrive in fastpaced environments managing shifting priorities and deadlines.

Eager to grow with Rituals expanding expertise in rewards performance management and international mobility.
