Job Description
What will you be doing
At ALTEN we are passionate about engineering excellence. You will collaborate with toptier aerospace and space companies leading a team to ensure successful project execution while fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Your Role as a Project Manger (Aerospace):
Lead and manage engineering project costs schedules and risk mitigation strategies.
Chair and oversee technical review meetings ensuring alignment with engineering operations.
Drive change control processes to manage project scope effectively.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver toptier solutions in payload systems engineering.
Implement cost management strategies including forecasting control and earned value measurement.
Who are we looking for
Technical Skills:
Expertise in payload systems engineering and full project lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 technical project scheduling and risk management.
Strong background in cost estimation forecasting and risk mitigation.
Ability to manage and chair engineering review meetings.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- A degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
5 years of experience in engineering project management ideally in space or aerospace electronics engineering.
Previous experience as an Engineering Team Manager or Programme Manager.
