Job Description
As a Gen AI Testing Specialist You will guide teams on best practices for AIpowered testing develop and implement advanced testing solutions and drive continuous improvement in our testing capabilities.
Your responsabilities include :
Develop and Implement AIpowered Testing Solutions:
- Research and evaluate the latest AI/ML technologies applicable to software testing (e.g. machine learning for test case generation predictive analytics for risk assessment AIpowered test oracles).
- Develop execute and maintain automated test suites using AI/ML techniques.
- Integrate AI/ML models into existing testing frameworks and pipelines.
Guide Teams on AI/ML in Testing:
- Train and mentor development and testing teams on the effective use of AI/ML in their testing activities.
- Provide guidance on implementing AIpowered testing strategies and best practices.
- Assist teams in identifying and addressing testing challenges through AI/ML solutions.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze testing data and identify areas for improvement in testing processes and coverage.
- Drive the adoption of AI/MLdriven testing methodologies within the organization.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and their applications in software testing.
Qualifications :
- Graduated with a Masters degree (Bac5) from an engineering school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in computer science or with significant equivalent experience.
- Having minimum 5 years of experience in a similaire position.
Musthave:
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g. Agile DevOps TDD BDD).
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium Postman RestAssured Robot Framework Cucumber).
- Familiarity with nonfunctional testing tools (e.g. JMeter Gatling K6).
- Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL Oracle PostgreSQL).
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins Gitlab CI).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Strong programming skills in languages like Java Python or JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nicetohave:
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g. machine learning algorithms deep learning frameworks).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Experience in a DevOps environment.
- Experience with test data management and test environment provisioning.
