Position Overview
As a Senior Customer Success Advisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients success and satisfaction throughout their journey with Manatal. Your responsibilities will encompass driving product adoption identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities targeting highgrowth accounts and proactively managing the renewal process to minimize churn.
