Schedule: Fulltime 40 hours per week
Shifts: 8 hours per day with a 1hour lunch break
Days: 5 days per week Monday to Friday: Rotative shifts between 06:00 and 22:00.
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
Commute Support: Uber reimbursement up to 25 for early shifts starting at 06:00.
Salary Package:
Base Salary: 1000 EUR per month for 14 months 14000 EUR per year
Meal Allowance: 7.23EUR per day (net) 190872 EUR per year
Complexity bonus: 120 EUR per 12 months
Totaling inEUR per year
Performance Bonus: 135 EUR per 12 months 1 620 EUR per year
Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months
Profile Nice to Have:
Experience in customer support (preferably inbound calls chat and emails)
Tasks:
Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for viewers ensuring excellent customer service.
Assist viewers via phone chat and email addressing inquiries and providing support for software functionality account management and application queries.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
Deliver accurate and timely responses to viewer inquiries maintaining detailed records of interactions inquiries complaints and resolutions.
