Job Description
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can elevate our digital presence through thoughtful design creativity and a deep understanding of user behavior. If you are passionate about delivering intuitive user experiences and visually stunning designs this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct indepth user research to create personas and gather actionable insights.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Design both lowfidelity wireframes and highfidelity prototypes to bring ideas to life.
- User Flow Design: Map out intuitive user journeys to optimize navigation and functionality.
- Information Architecture: Organize information for usability and efficient content delivery.
- Interaction Design: Create seamless engaging interactions that enhance user experience.
- Responsive & Adaptive Design: Design for multiple devicesmobile tablet and desktopensuring consistency across platforms.
- Accessibility Design: Ensure inclusivity by adhering to web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Design Systems & Style Guides: Develop and maintain consistent scalable design systems and style guides.
- DataDriven Design: Use user data and metrics to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers utilizing knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to translate designs into functional code.
Graphic Design for Web:
- Storytelling through Visuals: Understand client goals to design visuals that resonate and tell compelling stories.
- Creativity & Emotional Targeting: Craft visuals that evoke the right emotional responses from users.
- Web Imagery & Typography: Design and select impactful images icons and typefaces for web applications ensuring readability and aesthetic harmony.
- Branding & Identity: Create visuals that align with brand identity and guidelines reinforcing brand consistency.
- Illustration & Iconography: Design custom illustrations and icons that complement web design.
- Image Optimization: Optimize web images for fast load times without sacrificing quality.
- Motion Design: Add subtle animations and transitions that enhance the overall user experience.
- Photo Editing: Use basic photo manipulation techniques to enhance visuals for web use.
Bonus Skills (Optional):
Video Editing: Edit and create videos for web use using tools like Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
Soft Skills:
- Creative ProblemSolving: Think outside the box to develop innovative design solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure pixelperfect precision in all design elements.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fastpaced environment juggling multiple projects and incorporating feedback.

Tool Proficiency:
- UI/UX: Expertise in Figma or similar design tools.
- Graphic Design: Experience with Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or Affinity Designer.
