Your contribution to something big:
- Support the data analytics efforts including data gathering report generation and basic analysis for efficiency tracking and project metrics;
- Assist in developing automation solutions that streamline HR processes collaborating on the design testing and implementation of digital tools;
- Help with the coordination aspects of internal department initiatives;
- Work with crossfunctional teams translating technical requirements into actionable insights for HR service delivery improvements;
- Participate in planning and coordinating tool rollouts and digital projects across the department ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics Information Systems HR Management or a related field;
- Experience: 2 years of IT and support experience;
- Knowledge: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel Power BI) and a willingness to learn HRspecific systems and automation tools;
- Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken (C1 level);
- Personality: Strong problemsolving skills adaptability and an interest in digital transformation.
