Job Description
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to pinpoint opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Elicit analyze and meticulously document detailed functional specifications and system requirements.
- Model business processes using industrystandard methodologies such as BPMN and UML.
- Develop comprehensive data models and data flows to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather clarify and validate requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
- Monitor project progress proactively identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Design execute and coordinate functional tests to validate system functionality.
- Analyze test results identify defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to a collaborative and crossfunctional team environment to achieve project objectives.
- Write clear and concise user stories to capture business requirements within an Agile framework.
- Construct SQL queries to extract and analyze data for informed decisionmaking.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in IT Business Analysis specifically within a development project environment.
- Solid understanding of business analysis principles methodologies and relevant analytical tools.
- Strong grasp of process modeling (BPMN) UML diagramming process monitoring business rules and eventbased technologies.
- Handson experience in designing executing and coordinating functional tests.
- Proven ability to write welldefined user stories within an Agile development framework.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies including User Story Mapping and Agile tools such as Jira.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on technical writing.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
