Job Description
Digital& SAL is looking for a Civil Works Team Leader to oversee telecom infrastructure projects in Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite inspections to monitor progress resolve issues and ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
- Supervise the assembly and erection of tower installations.
- Oversee the construction of tower foundations and bases.
- Manage the installation of antennas and microwave (MW) systems.
- Supervise cabling power and coaxial feeder installation.
- Oversee and execute other civil works activities as needed for telecom sites development.
- Liaise with the operations manager clients and crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines quality standards and telecom industry best practices.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in cell site construction including foundations towers canopies shelters generators fuel tanks and telecom equipment.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices including foundation and soil types.
- Familiarity with local regulatory construction requirements.
- Good communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 6 years experience as Team Leader in civil works in the telecom sector.
- Relevant Bachelor or TS degree.
