Job Description
Are you a strong multitasker with a flair for customer service Are you detail oriented and enjoy a diverse working week If this sounds like you then wed love to chat.
As a result of our rapid expansion and the plans we have for 2024 we need a new Sales Support Associate to assist our sales team and ensure they are working as efficiently as possible.
What youll be doing
- Data entry updating restaurant & retail venue menus and other changes to venue information.
- Ensuring all our partners receive the correct training on how to use the Wolt app and monitoring their use of the system moving forward.
- Other adhoc administrative and organisational tasks as they come up!
- Travelling to new areas in which we expand both inside and outside Albania.
Qualifications :
- Have a valid driving licence.
- Fluent in Albanian & able to work in English.
- Experience in data entry or other administrative work would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Structured detailed and serviceoriented.
- Selfstarter and a passion for food.
