Since 2011 they have been developing cuttingedge search technology for websites and eCommerce empowering online retailers to boost their sales and enhance the customer experience.

ROLE

We are looking for a selfmotivated and dedicated Account Executive to join our clients dynamic and innovative sales team. In this role you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by acquiring new clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. You will work closely with Sales Specialists and leverage your outbound B2B sales expertise to generate leads build strong relationships and close deals successfully.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within designated markets.
  • Conduct research to understand client needs challenges and business pain points.
  • Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts pricing and terms of agreements to close deals efficiently.
  • Continuously monitor sales pipelines track progress and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Important native German.
  • 12 years of experience in outbound B2B sales preferably with a focus on SMBs.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs (quotas conversion rates lead generation targets).
  • Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and sales automation software.
  • Familiarity with inbound sales methodologies or contentdriven sales techniques (preferred).
