Job Description
Role: Personal Trainer
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: 27000 salary and 50% commission on all PT sessions they book and perform in the gym

We are recruiting Personal Trainers to play an integral part in the growth and development of our brandnew Leamington Club. You will be a key member of the club; providing personal training services to our members and assisting the Club Manager in achieving sales and retention targets.
With a positive cando attitude and exemplary people skills you will be a welcome addition to our team. Your personality and input will be a vital part of the clubs atmosphere and our members experience. Your daily focus will be to drive member engagement.
Working in a vibrant gym environment and the local community you will be both approachable and extremely confident in facetoface meetings and on the telephone. Ideally you will also be full of marketing ideas on how to reach prospective new members and personal training clients in the local area.
The role:
Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients current fitness levels
Develop personalised training programmes tailored to clients goals and abilities
Instruct and educate clients on proper exercise techniques and form
Provide ongoing motivation and support to help clients stay committed to their fitness journey Monitor clients progress and adjust training programmes as needed
Offer advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes to complement fitness routines
Generate fresh leads and convert them into membership sales Retain current members Support inreach and outreach activities
Open and close the gym
Complete operational walk arounds
Keep gym floor tidy throughout the day
Requirements:
Minimum REPs Level 2
Strong sales skills
Excellent communicator
Good team working skills
Professional
Selfmotivated
Proactive
Passionate about customer service and fitness
