Nofence is looking to hire a Strategy Manager to join the team. As Strategy Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy and corporate development function of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently. Reporting directly to the CFO you will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives that will contribute to the longterm success of the company.
About the role
The Strategy Manager role will be multifaceted and is likely to include:
Collaborate crossfunctionally to develop and implement strategic plans.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on datadriven analysis.
Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate investments and strategic initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate existing strategies recommending optimizations as needed.
Lead strategic projects from conception to execution ensuring timely delivery and success.
About you
We believe you have:
Higher education within relevant field (Masters degree preferred)
25 years years of work experience from consulting and/or business development
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
Strategic mindset with a proactive and resultsoriented approach
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL Looker PowerBI Tableau or similar counts as a positive
